• DESCRIPTION
The MICROCAT—BioPOPS are rugged, semi-submersible cylinders that slowly dissolve
and release microbes and enzymes that can reduce odor and improve FOG degradation.
The MICROCATBioPOPS are fabricated of a slowly dissolving matrix inside a durable,
porous netting. They are designed to be dropped into a water-containing tank (grease
trap, lift station, ete) by a line or rope. BioPops contain environmentally—safe,
naturally occurring microbes and their enzyme secretions. The microbes are specially
selected for their ability to break down (not just dissolve) the organic contaminants
common in food preparation wastewaters and domestic water discharges.
• DESCRIPTION
MICROCAT-B1oPOPS are ideal for installation in any grease trap, lift station or sewer
line experiencing odor problems and/or the buildup of FOG. The MICROCAT-B1oPOP is
designed for easy mooring and retrieval via line or rope in such systems.
